Buckinghamshire County Council and Hertfordshire County Council have teamed up to try and increase the amount of superfast broadband coverage in the two counties. We have already secured government funding to improve access in those areas which currently have either no broadband access or suffer very slow internet speeds.
The funding won’t cover the whole county. However, if we are able to demonstrate to potential broadband providers that there is real demand from our residents, we will significantly increase our chances of superfast broadband coverage.
